Acceptance & Agreement

By accessing the jayw9 platform or using any of its services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms form a binding legal agreement. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using our platform.

jayw9 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend visiting this page regularly.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account at jayw9, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You are legally capable and entitled to enter into this agreement.
• Each person may open only one account. jayw9 reserves the right to suspend all accounts if multiple account registrations are attempted.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You must operate the account in your own name and with your own funds — acting on behalf of others or using third-party funds is prohibited.

jayw9 may at any time request a national ID, passport, or other documents as part of the identity verification (KYC) process. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Account Security

Keeping your account login credentials secure is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone, and notify our support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following terms apply to financial transactions on jayw9:

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (applicable to all payment methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposited funds may only be used for legitimate gaming activities.
• Deposit amounts must come directly from the user's own mobile banking or bank account.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account from which the deposit was made.
• Wagering requirements must be met to withdraw bonus funds (see Section 04).

Bonus & Promotion Policy

All bonuses and promotional offers provided at jayw9 are subject to the following general terms:

Welcome Bonus

• 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500.
• Example: depositing ৳14,000 or more applies the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳24,000.
• Each user is entitled to receive the bonus only once.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met to withdraw bonus funds. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

• Wagering requirement: 20 times the bonus amount.
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
• The original deposit amount may be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met, but the bonus and any winnings derived from it will not be withdrawable.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers must be used within a specified time period; unused bonuses may be forfeited upon expiry.
• Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers or engaging in any other fraudulent activity is prohibited.
• jayw9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at its discretion.

Gaming Rules & Code of Conduct

Users must follow the code of conduct below when participating in gaming activities on the jayw9 platform:

• All games are conducted on the basis of fair play principles. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Using automated bots, software, or other technology to operate games is prohibited.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes is prohibited.
• Exploiting system bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. Any such errors must be reported to the support team immediately.
• Abusive or threatening behavior during gaming sessions is prohibited.

For any of the above violations, jayw9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit the associated funds.

VIP Program & Benefits

jayw9's VIP program has four tiers. Advancement to each tier is determined based on the player's gaming activity:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

VIP benefits are at jayw9's discretion and subject to change at any time. A player's VIP tier may be downgraded if gaming activity drops significantly.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jayw9 platform:

• Any attempt to launder money or legitimize funds from illegal sources through gaming.
• Opening an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Interfering with or attempting to hack the platform's security systems.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Sending spam, viruses, or malicious code.
• Deliberate betting activity designed to abuse bonuses or promotional offers (bonus abuse).

Account Closure & Suspension

jayw9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• Fraudulent or suspicious financial activity.
• Prolonged account inactivity.

Voluntary Account Closure

Users who wish to close their account may contact the jayw9 support team by emailing [email protected] or via live chat. An opportunity to withdraw all valid balances will be provided before the account is closed.

Privacy & Data Protection

Users' personal information is not sold to third parties. However, information may be shared with relevant authorities when required by legal obligation, for fraud prevention, or for security purposes.

Limitation of Liability

• Financial losses arising from the user's own gaming decisions.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between jayw9 and a user, the following process will be followed:

• Step 1: The user submits a complaint via email at [email protected] or through live chat. jayw9 will review the matter within a reasonable time.
• Step 2: If the initial resolution is unsatisfactory, both parties will attempt to reach a resolution through discussion.
• Step 3: If discussion does not resolve the matter, the dispute will be settled in accordance with applicable law.

Withdrawals may be held during the dispute resolution process.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between jayw9 and the user and replace all previous oral or written agreements.
